Elite Special Forces of Indian Army and Indian Navy in association with Indian Air Force, NDRF, SDRF jointly taking part at the flood rescue demonstration on the mighty Brahmaputra using various rescue boats and techniques, helicopters, aircraft during rescue operation practice as part of National Level Exercise for Flood Relief following National Disaster Management Plan (NDMA) -2016 of Government of India in an urban setting in Guwahati. The national level joint exercise, being the first of its kind in northeast India was organised by SDRF of Assam Government and Indian Army on the river Brahmaputra on Wednesday, 29th June 2016.
