As mentioned in Passport, Sadika’s date of birth is1st March 1993. Her picture in passport is casual, which is unusual. Signature is very rudimentary, appears to be done deliberately. Almost immediately a 30 days’ duration visa to Bangladesh from Bangladesh Visa Office in Agartala on 18th March 2013. Her last date of entry is 14 APRIL 2013. Exactly a week from 14th APRIL 2013.

Sadika’s visa renewal is approved at Sylhet on 21st May 2013, which is valid till 6th July 2013 for 60 days but with a picture different than her Indian passport picture. Picture has also in different hairdo.
A week from 6 JULY 2013, visa renewal is approved for Sadika from Sylhet desk, this time for 1 YEAR, till 6th July 2014. Interestingly, she renews her visa, this time before it lapses from 25th June 2014 till 10th March 2023, the exact date of her Indian passport lapses.

On 8th March 2023, Sadika Jannth Choudhury is seen active as part of Leading University. Where she is part of an inauguration. It is learnt that Sadika Jannth has entity in this organisation. After started investigation against her, the university authority deleted her name from their website. Founder of Leading University is Syed Ragib Ali, a businessman in Sylhet with overseas clout. But strangely not clear that what business entities Ragib Ali has in abroad.

In 71s, Malnichhera Tea Estate saw Muktijoddha activities. Now Ragib Ali is the owner of the Malnichhera TE decided to do the something for his memory. Mr. Ali formed a Trust in the name of the Martyred called “Shaid Shawkat Newas Memorial Trust”. He donated a huge amount to the trust. This fund is being used for many welfare programs in Sylhet region. Local newspapers called him ‘Bongo Danobir’ after his name. A retired army Major Md. Shah Alam, is the Registrar of Leading University, owned by Ragib Ali.
In late 2018, a court in Bangladesh sent industrialist Ragib Ali and his son Abdu Hye to jail after denying bail extension plea in a case filed for forging legal papers and grabbing the endowed land of Tarapur Tea Estate in Sylhet.

On February 2, 2017, Sylhet Chief Metropolitan Magistrate sentenced Ragib Ali to 14 years and 16 years’ imprisonment to each of his son, daughter and two others in the case.

One of the cases was filed for grabbing endowment property of Tarapur Tea Estate after fabricating document of the Ministry of Land against Ragib and his son Hye and another for misappropriating Tk 1,000 crore of the government.
Ragib Ali and his family members fled to India hours after the arrest warrants were issued against them after police submitted the chargesheets in the two cases to Sylhet Metropolitan Magistrate Court on July 10 in 2016.

On 10 August, a court here issued warrants for the arrest of six people in the two cases. Indian immigration police arrested him from Karimganj district of Assam for an illegal stay on 24 November that year and a court sent him to jail while Abdu Hye was arrested from Jakiganj on 12 November.

Now justice Sinha lives in North America where he has reportedly sought asylum.
Sadika’s last stamping on Indian passport is on 25th July 2019 for departure, after which she does not re–enter in Assam.

Babli Choudhury; a resident of Tulagram Part 1, Cachar district of Assam, holding Indian Passport U9292393; issued at Guwahati on 17 MAR 2021; with a validity till 16th March 2031. In this passport Babli’s date of birth mentioned as 1st March 1971. Record shows that the old passport of the same person is L2189834, issued on 23rd December 2013 at Guwahati.

Both cases subjects are from Sonai, Tulagram in Cachar district of Assam.
In less than a year from passport issuance on 17th March 2021, Babli Choudhury applied for VISA to Bangladesh for 60 days up till December 14th 2022.
Babli got a Bangladesh visa issued on 16th June 2022 with a validity up till 14th December 2022, place of issue marked as Bangladesh Assistant High Commission in Agartala.

Within 6 months of passport issuance in India. Application for at least 30 to 60 days of visa in Bangladesh. Date of birth is 1st March, with random years, could this be a code used, and the validity end date of Indian passport is also in March of some year.

Gyan Vikash Vidyalaya, a Bengali medium school was established in 2013; and it is managed by a private entity. Also unaided. Located remote area of Assam, in Tulagram Part 2, the village mentioned both these passports earlier. Alimul Islam Lashkar a resident of Dakshin Mohanpur, adjacent to Sonai is the owner of this school.

The school consists of grades from 1 to 10. The school is Co–educational and it have an attached pre–primary section. The school is not applicable in nature and is not using school building as a shift–school. Bengali is the medium of instructions in this school. This school is approachable by all–weather road. In this school academic session starts in April.
The school has Private building. It has got 10 classrooms for instructional purposes. All the classrooms are in good condition. It has 2 other rooms for non–teaching activities. The school has a separate room for Head master/Teacher. The school has no boundary wall. It has electric connection. The source of drinking water in the school is none and it is functional. The school has no playground. A library room with 150 odd books in its. No ramp for disabled children to access classrooms. It has no computers for teaching and learning purposes. ■
